I've never played. Is this too much paddle for me?
It's the opposite — the 16mm core is the forgiving one. It slows the ball down and gives you a bigger margin for error, which is exactly what new players want.
Can I use it at my local club or in rec leagues?
The paddles are built to official size & weight specifications, which covers casual club play and rec leagues. For sanctioned tournaments, check your event's approved-equipment list first.
Indoor or outdoor?
The paddles: both. Outdoor 40-hole balls are best outside; for gym floors, grab indoor 26-hole balls — lighter and slower.
What if we don't love it?
You have a 30-day court trial. Actually play with it — if it's not right, we'll arrange the return for a full refund. A 1-year warranty covers defects after that.
